Velbert Women vs Tusem

Unfortunately our women's team lost in their season opener in Essen versus
TUSEM 57:74. They competed extremely hard but eventually were outmatched
by the size of Tusem. Tusem was able to seize control of the game in the
fourth quarter by outrebounding them and gaining easy second chance
points. The young squad still has a lot of work to do. Some key players
were missing, so hopefully at full strength the team can get back on
track. The team was led in scoring by Yvonne Roleder (20 points) and
Sabine Asser (19 points).
